You may leave
a message for Vicki by calling 1-616-560-6560 during normal business
hours. We have a manned 24-hour answering service for
emergency situations. Once you become a
member of our renter's family you may be given other numbers to
reach Vicki directly.
In order to
keep our rents low and to be fair to everyone, all rent payments
must be made in a timely fashion. Your credit history that you
will be establishing with us during your lease term will
determine the form of rent payments we will be accepting from
you.
You will be
required to sign a lease and make a deposit.
The written
rental lease is the controlling document and clearly spells out both
of our mutual rights and responsibilities. In the event of a
conflict of what is presented here or what you may have heard
verbally and what is found in the written lease, the written lease
will govern in all cases.
Please
consult your attorney before signing the
lease.
Vicki may
waive at the provisions of the lease anytime for reasons such as the
renter buying a home from Mr. Carini. See paragraph
below.
Mr. Carini is
a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan. If you
are planning to purchase a home or other property you would do well
to discuss your plans with Mr. Carini and perhaps some arrangements
could be considered to benefit all parties
concerned.
We pride
ourselves on the appearance and condition of all our
properties. In the unlikely event that you discover a problem
in any of our units we strongly urge you to report the situation to
Vicki. Depending on the nature of the problem you may choose
to email
her.
Renter's
insurance could be a wise investment. Please check
with your local insurance agent.
It goes
without saying that we do NOT tolerate activities
that disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of our renters by
others. Frequent noisy parties, uncontrollable levels of
noise such as yelling and/or swearing or disrespecting others rights
to peace and quiet run counter to our philosophy of doing
business.
Should an
authority having jurisdiction require a unit inspection we
expect our renters to cooperate upon notice and during normal
business hours.
All our
renters are of legal age and should know what is acceptable
behavior and what activities are allowed on our properties.
Should you have any specific questions please contact
us.
