Rent payments can be made at the Carini offices located at the above address Monday through Friday from 9:00 am  to 5:00 pm. Saturdays from 9:00 am until Noon

       Once finished filling out your Credit Application you can send it to us via Fax or mail.

Your non-refundable deposit MUST be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or money order.  You will receive a receipt for your payment.  Credit applications will not be processed without deposit  being received.

You will be required to sign a lease and make a deposit. 

The written rental lease is the controlling document and clearly spells out both of our mutual rights and responsibilities.  In the event of a conflict of what is presented here or what you may have heard verbally and what is found in the written lease, the written lease will govern in all cases.
